Common questions

Frequently asked questions about our services

Do I have to pay to speak to a counsellor?

No. Your first consultation with Uni Navigators is completely free. We only agree fees once we understand your goals and recommend a specific service package.

How early should I start the application process?

We recommend starting 6–9 months before your intended intake. Early applicants get the best chance of scholarships, accommodation and timely visa appointments. That said, we also support last-minute applications when the timeline allows.

Which countries do you cover?

We support students applying to study in 16 destinations: the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Malaysia, South Korea, China and the UAE.

Can you help me apply for scholarships?

Yes. We identify scholarships you may qualify for and help you prepare strong applications. We never charge an extra fee for scholarship support — it's included in our standard service package.

What happens if my visa is refused?

We review the refusal letter with you, identify the specific grounds, and prepare a stronger reapplication or appeal. Many of our students have been successful on a second attempt after their first attempt elsewhere was refused.

Do you help after I arrive in my study destination?

Yes. We help with arrival logistics, accommodation, opening a bank account, finding part-time work, course changes, visa extensions and post-study work routes. Our support doesn't end at the airport.
